Pre-New Year

Today, Javier is having a new year party at his school. The teacher told me to let him wear either party clothes or New year attire. So mummy managed to find this new year clothes worn by Jayden 2 yrs ago. It fits Javier just nice!!!

Javier wishes everyone "Gong Xi Fa Chai"

After his class, we went to KFC for our lunch, while Javier have his usual boring porridge again. While waiting for daddy and Jayden to come, he took out the oranges and play with it, throwing here and there.
Each of the kids are required to bring 2 mandrain orange to the school to exchange with their friends. The teacher talk to the kids about the tradition of the New year.... for example the lion dance, ang pow, and the mandrain oranges for the Chinese New year. Each kids even have a chance to wear the mini Lion dance head to dance, while some kids play with the "clig clang" to create the New year atmosphere. At the end of the class, each kids are given a bag which consists of 2 oranges, a new year card made by themself and a ang pow which consists of 2 gold coin chocolates.

After our lunch, we brought Jayden for his haircut.
Looked so cool, he wanted me to take photo of him cutting hair.
