Happy Mother’s Day

We had a belated Mother’s Day dinner with my mummy @ Pioneer Seafood Restaurant. It was a really yummy dinner. These are our mouth watering dishes that we stuffed into our tummy. ^^


Beside eating, of course we need to take pictures. Guess Joelle was quite popular as the kids love taking pictures with her. Ahaha…   My little girl looking like a boy.

And this is with with Javier. Speaking about this boy, he has been testing my limit day after day for this past one week. (grrrr.. so angry with him every day~~~)

I had a surprise early birthday celebration today. I am really touched that my SIL bought a cake to celebrate my birthday, it is nothing more happy and thankful than to able to celebrate my special day with my loved ones. ^^

Javier’s 6th Birthday Celebration in School

January is almost over, I have being pretty busy over the past few months which explains on the lack of update. Few days ago, it was Javier’s Birthday, we had a mini celebration with his kindergarten friends. Prior to his birthday, he had been reminding me to do a birthday celebration for him in school months ago and also to prepare goodies bag for his friends. ^^

This birthday would be a very special one to him, as this is the last time he would be celebrating with his bunch of friends from his kindy. In less than a year, Javier would be embarking to a new journey in his education life. I can see that he really love going to school and loves his friends too. He is a boy who display love, hate openly… things he don’t like, he will fight and resist. For example he doesn’t like attending the English enrichment class on Saturday, thus it is really a chore to bring him there weekly. It got so bad recently, that I was contemplating to withdrawn him after next term.

Oh.. well, let’s get back to the birthday celebration. Javier chose a Turbo cake, actually he is in love with Turbo cake after watching this show last year, and setting his mind to order this cake for his birthday. ^^

I managed to snap some pictures with Javier while the kids were busy with the cake. And I realized that Joelle was pretty interested in the cake. She was staring intently at the cake the whole while we were taking pictures. Haha..

FIL Birthday Lunch

We had a simple lunch at Imperial Treasure Super Peking Duck @ Paragon to celebrate my FIL birthday. It’s always a joyous affair to dine with the close one. ^^ The food is good especially the Peking Duck, just that the meal duration was abit rush as we got to finish our meal in 1.5hrs due to the fact that the business was so good, the restaurant got to set a time limit for the lunch duration.

Finally it’s time for the cake to make the appearance!!!! Of course, the kids were looking forward to blowing out the candles for my FIL. (^0^) And that marks the end for them, they were not keen to eat it at all claiming that the cake has a sour taste, but nevertheless we enjoy the cake, though it do taste abit too sour for my taste bud. 

MIL Birthday Lunch

I have been feeling a tad lazy and busy recently which explained the lack of update on my blog. But I really wanted to jot down this happy occasion, thus I decided to drag myself to write up this post before I totally forgot about it.

Today my MIL celebrate her 62th birthday! We had a birthday lunch at Li Bai Restaurant @ Sheraton Hotel. The food was ok but I was a too lazy to whip out my camera to snap any pictures of the food until the cake cutting.

The yummy mango cake is from Pine Garden which I personally feel that it tasted quite nice, but my boys wasn’t too keen on it claiming that the cream was a tad too sour for their taste. (*_*)

While we were enjoying the cake, we took a few attempts to take a decent shots with my boys but some do really turn out eemmm……. COMICAL!!! ^^

Bermes 2nd Birthday Celebration!!!!!

What a busy busy week!!!! Having just came back from our short road trip to Malacca, the boy started their Saturday ICL lesson today. After which we dashed over to my nephew Bermes 2 Years Old Birthday Celebration. I would be having a busy week next week too. So I tried to write up this post before I fly off to Guangzhou with hubby next Monday and of course while my memories of today events is still fresh in my mind.

Time flies, can’t believe another year had just zoom by and I am one year older again……. soon I would be reaching my 40s!!! We had a simple dinner at Marche to celebrate my birthday.

Jayden 7th Birthday Celebration

Today was supposed to be his day, happily celebrating his 7th birthday with his family and friends. Thus when he knows that he can’t be joining in the celebration, he was a quite disappointed. Read more about what happen here.

We had planned a Barbeque birthday celebration for his birthday. Though the 3 of us did not join in the fun, we had a simple cake cutting at home.
 

MIL Birthday Dinner @ Long Beach Dempsey

We make reservation for our dinner at Dempsey Long Beach as this place was usually very crowded, especially on a weekend night We ordered quite a number of dishes and their and their specialty is none other than the crabs (though I am not a big fan of the crab, but I think the gravy was quite nice). So below are the yummlicious dishes that we stuffed into our tummy.

The boys have been looking forward to this day since they know about it. They have been pestering me, nagging me, reminding me to go for the party for this whole week. Thus of course they were very excited when the day finally arrived and when they know that their cousins are going to the party too, they were practically jumping for joy!!!! ^^
