Madagascar 3

We LOVE it, especially little boy!!!!! Ever since Javier saw Madagascar 1 he felt in love with it. And last week he saw MacDonald launched the free toys that comes with the Happy Meal and couldn’t wait to collect them all. Now he heard that Madagascar 3 is going to be shown in the cinema, he couldn’t wait to dash to watch it!!!!

So as promised, we brought them to watch the show today after Jayden swimming lesson.

In this third installment of the Madagascar series, Alex the lion, Marty the zebra, Gloria the hippopotamus, and Melman the giraffe set out to return to New York after escaping to Africa. Dependent on the mechanical know-how of the notorious monkeys, their plan inevitably goes awry and they find themselves stranded in Monte Carlo, where they join up with a traveling circus by chance.

Led by the venerable tiger Vitali, the animal-centered circus has seen better days. During the course of a tour through a series of European cities that ends in a fabulous big top in the heart of London, Alex, Marty, Gloria, and Melman help Vitaly, Gia the jaguar, and Stefano the sea lion rediscover their passion for show business and reinvent circus performance.

Here we are, all ready for the show!!!!!! Noticed Javier holding on to blue toy, that is the Madagascar toys which he got from Happy Meal. ^^

Sadly, the show comes to an end really fast, we were having such a enjoyable time laughing our heads off and I think this show is really amazing. Even Javier who can’t sit still in most show enjoyed himself greatly and never once says he wants to leave the room, instead he was laughing out loud with us too! ^^

So our verdict after watching this show is …… I would highly recommend bringing the kids to watch, even adults would enjoy the show too!

At the Pool

This isn’t any interesting post, but some pictures which we took at the pool today. Actually my main purpose of bringing the camera with me was to snap pictures of Jayden in his swimming lesson. But today it ended up snapping pictures of us instead, meaning Javier and me.

Javier saw the camera in my bag and start bugging me to let him take pictures. So here it is….

The forever funny, cheeky looking Javier.

This picture of little boy look so cool.

And finally this was taken by Javier. I think it look pretty nice, at least I doesn’t look too FAT in this picture!!! Ahahah… ^^

Baby Bermes 1st Birthday Party

The boys have been looking forward to this day since they know about it. They have been pestering me, nagging me, reminding me to go for the party for this whole week. Thus of course they were very excited when the day finally arrived and when they know that their cousins are going to the party too, they were practically jumping for joy!!!! ^^

The kids holding on to their balloons, but alas Javier’s dino balloon gotten chop off by my lousy photo-taking skill. Sad smile

Before the party, the kids were busy playing with their balloons.

Zoo we go!!!!

As request by the boys, we brought them to the zoo today. It was really not much fun for me,  having been to this place countless time for these few years. Sad smile And not forgetting I have to walk under the hot hot Sun.

We passed by this Ah Meng Statue and my boys started to be up to their mischief again. They pull at the Ah Meng “Neh Neh” and began laughing cheekily among themselves. Sad smile

Off to SingKids Playsystem!!!

The boys have booked Bermes for his 1st trip to Indoor Playground day. They were happily waiting for Bermes to wake up from his afternoon nap so that they could charged to Changi Airport.

We have chosen this place as we thought it wouldn’t be so crowded and PHEW I am glad that our decision is correct.

But I feel that this playground is more suitable for younger kids as most of the stuffs here doesn’t interest Jayden much. He spent much of his time chasing the floating balloons and punching them!!! ^^

Javier was happily holding on to his blue balloon.

While Jayden favourite colour is none other than red.

Sand Playing in Palawan Beach

After the water play, the boys were raring to go for some sand digging!! Thus after the parrot show, we proceed to the beach for the sand. Well… sands for the boys and peaceful moments for us. ^^

Hmmm.. not before snapping some photos of the boys in action.

Javier told me he was trying to make a Sandy foot print.

They love sand!

A warm hug from Di-di

After a few not too good shots of them with funny faces, I Managed to get decent shot of the boys. :D

I love this picture of Javier crossing his leg and just lazing there. He looks so cute!!!! **

After we managed to drag the boys away from the sand, we cross over to the opposite side of the beach and continue our sand playing.

Walking on the hanging bridge…

My family!!!!!

We have come to the end of our Sentosa trip, but that’s not the end of  our day YET!!! We will be popping over to VivoCity for some shopping and dinner now!!!! But that’s all for now… BYE!!!!!! ^^

Palawan Beach - Port of Lost Wonders

Few months ago when we went to Palawan Beach, Port of Lost Wonders was still under renovation. Since knowing about this place, I have been wanting to bring the boys there once this place is ready. Today, D is not working, so we got a good excuse to roar down to this newly open water playground for some incredible wet play!!!! ^^

Though it is a weekday, the place was crowded with kids, probably due to school holiday season, that’s why many daddy and mummy would think this is a great place to bring the kids to. Water…. Sand… Sun and ample of space for kids to run around!!!

The water playground

There is a total of 3 slides here, but most kids including Jayden prefer the more “exciting” one which is the blue and the green Slides while the red one is more suitable for younger kids.

Please mummy and Daddy who decided to accompany the kids to the playground, do remember to bring a set of clothing as you would definitely get WET!!!!! ^^ and that is what happen to me and D.

So here we go, the wet fun begins ….

The boys had a fun time dashing in and out of the sprinkler.

Kota Tinggi Waterfall

After our lunch at Seng Fish Restaurant, we continued our journey to Kota Tinggi Waterfall. It took us about 1hr plus to reach there, I was feeling sleepy after the lunch and thus was busy dozing off inside the car while the boys were busy with their phone games. I only woke up when we reached Kota Tinggi and only a short distance away from the waterfall. Luckily we were able to find the waterfall without losing our way.

While waiting for our turn to get the ticket , me and Javier were busy with our picture taking as well. Personally I really love these 2 pictures of Javier with his really cheeky look.

He loves to give me cheeky look and planting wet kisses on my cheek everyday! :D Sometimes this little boy even told me he wants to marry me when he grows up!!! Ahahah… my sweet boy!!!!

Just for your information, the entrance fees are as below:

Malaysian:

RM7.50 (Adult)
RM3.50 (Children)
RM3.00 (Car/Van Parking Fee)

Non-Malaysian:

RM10.00 (Adult)
RM5.00 (Children)
RM5.00 (Car/Van Parking Fee)

Did I mentioned that kids mood is like the weather, just a while ago, he was happily chattering and the next instant he was giving us a sulky face and doesn’t want to talk to us just because I refuse his request to play the phone games???? But not to worry, he was back to his bubbly self 5 minutes later! ^^

This is what greeted us when we stepped inside the place. The staff claims that the water is not at the tip top condition (water looks murky) due to the rain earlier on.

My impression of this place is that it really lacked maintenance and looks abit rundown - which was a great difference from what I saw more than 10 over years ago.

Seng Steamed Fish Restaurant

While goggling for our Kota Tinggi trip, I chance upon this seafood restaurant - Ah Seng Seafood Restaurant. Reading the rave remarks that many had mentioned, I decided to give it a try today. ^^ We nearly bypassed this restaurant simply because the name that many bloggers had mentioned is Ah Seng Seafood Restaurant. But looking at the signage it’s actually Seng Steam Fish Restaurant.

Ah Seng Seafood, which is an open-air eatery is famous for their reasonably priced variety of dishes. Their specialty is none other than the fish (there are 7 different kinds of fish dishes).

While on our way to our table, I noticed that every table had at least one fish dish if not two. We had Ah Seng’s signature - fried fish with sweet chilli and mayonnaise, because that was Jayden’s favourite and also it simply looks so delicious!!!!

The service is really good and food was  served within 15 minutes, though it was quite packed with diners when we had our lunch there.

The fish was crisp on the outside and the white meaty flesh was soft and tender.

Beside ordering the specialty fish, below are the dishes that landed in our tummy too. :D

Stir fried Nai Bai which is one of my favourite.

Bah Kuh Teh – the meat is quite tender and slipped easily off the bone. Soup refill is allowed. ^^

Beancurd with minced meat

Even Javier couldn’t wait to dig in!!!!!

While Jayden reckon Ice Lemon tea should taste much better??????

The  boys prefer to have their all time favourite Ice Lemon Tea, while D and I decided to settle for their homemade drink barley and Luo Han Guo.

I am sure picture speaks a thousand words. Just look at our happy faces…. We are definitely happy customer after our meal here!!
And what’s more, this meal only cost us RM55 which is really cheap!!!!
