Bermes 2nd Birthday Celebration!!!!!

What a busy busy week!!!! Having just came back from our short road trip to Malacca, the boy started their Saturday ICL lesson today. After which we dashed over to my nephew Bermes 2 Years Old Birthday Celebration. I would be having a busy week next week too. So I tried to write up this post before I fly off to Guangzhou with hubby next Monday and of course while my memories of today events is still fresh in my mind.

Jayden 7th Birthday

Today my boy turns 7 years old. We have a mini celebration ourselves dining at Jayden’s favorite place. I decided to get a small cake for him as he did not even get to blow his cake during his last week celebration. Of course he was super duper excited! ^^

Jayden 7th Birthday Celebration

Today was supposed to be his day, happily celebrating his 7th birthday with his family and friends. Thus when he knows that he can’t be joining in the celebration, he was a quite disappointed. Read more about what happen here.

We had planned a Barbeque birthday celebration for his birthday. Though the 3 of us did not join in the fun, we had a simple cake cutting at home.
 

Baby Bermes 1st Birthday Party

The boys have been looking forward to this day since they know about it. They have been pestering me, nagging me, reminding me to go for the party for this whole week. Thus of course they were very excited when the day finally arrived and when they know that their cousins are going to the party too, they were practically jumping for joy!!!! ^^

Happy Birthday to Me!!!!

I am officially one year older today!!!! Time seems to zoom by faster and faster as we age, seems like I am getting close to the 40 mark soon. :(

Nevertheless, I am touched and very happy getting so many wonderful birthday wishes from my close ones as well as from many of my friends. I even got 2 birthday cakes from my father and D.

Wayne 8th Birthday BBQ

My boys were over the moon when they know that Wayne had invited them to his Birthday Celebration. From the day they knew about it, they had been pestering and reminding me to bring them there and getting a pressie for Wayne too.

Of course they were so excited when the day finally arrived. While the adults were preoccupied with setting up the fire for the BBQ-ing, the kids were kept preoccupied with some crafts. Jayden chose a Ultraman while Javier chose his favourite character Thomas the Tank Engine.

Jamie Full Month Celebration

We attended my cousin baby’s full month celebration today. It is always a joyous affair for me whenever I attend baby shower. It certainly reminds me of the day when my boys were still a tiny baby. :D

I’m 4 today!!!

We decided to get another birthday cake since Jayden miss Javier’s school celebration today, as he was a tat disappointed.

Javier celebrate his Birthday in School

Today is the first day of school after CNY, Javier sure have a reason to be excited about it. That is because he will be celebrating his birthday in Edelweiss for the first time with his classmates. When we arrived, we were greeted by his English teacher, who was a friendly lady who chatted with me while we waited for the class to come for the cake cutting.

While we were there, we peeped and looked for Javier in the music room . The children were singing wonderful song with the principal, Mrs Tang  playing the paino. Lastly, Javier was asked to stand in front of all the children and a sweet little birthday card was presented to him by his teacher, followed by a birthday song sang to him by all the kids in the school which ended with a “Happy Birthday Javier”. Its so sweet!!!

Javier’s 4th Birthday Mini Celebration

It was an ad-hoc decision to celebrate Javier’s birthday today. A last minute birthday cake was bought, of course Javier was the one who choose (his uncle brought him to the nearby mall to buy the cake).

Reunion Dinner with in-laws family

Another 2 round of feasting today whereby one is the reunion dinner with my in-laws family.

In the older days, we would gather for a feast one day before the start of the Lunar New Year, however, this practice is not really practice in Singapore anymore. In order not to stuff our poor tummy with so much sinful food in a day, we decided to have the reunion dinner on 2 separate days instead. And I just had our reunion dinner with my family a short while ago. Reunion dinner is a meal which I really look forward every year. Sitting down together enjoying the meal with my family and looking forward to a brand new year which will be approaching soon!!!!

Pre New Year Celebration in School

The boys were looking forward to the New Year Celebration in school today, despite that Jayden have to wake up at 6.10am for his school bus. The dress code for today is red, it really add a festive mood to see them dressed like that.

Happy Birthday to Daddy!!!

We had a simple cake caking celebration at my brother’s place today. I think with the kids around, it sure make it more fun and memorable for D on this special day. They were really such a bunch a cute kids…. hiding themselves to wait for D to arrive and sprinting out of their hiding places to shout a surprise “Happy Birthday to him”. I guess D must be feeling so happy with this surprise ~ :P

Happy B’Day Jayden!

Today Jayden turns 6! Currently he is having a craze over Thomas the Tank Engine and wanted that for his presents. And of course Javier couldn’t agree more! :D

Jayden 6th Birthday Celebration in School

{Blink Blink} It’s already the 6th Birthday! I guess the boys are eagerly waiting for today to arrive. Though it sounds funny that Javier is excited too…. but he seems more excited that his brother. Once he came back from school, he simply decided to forgo lunch and wanted to dash to Jayden’s school. :O which of course is stopped by me as it’s still early.

With the goodies bag ready, we are also ready!!!!!

Edelweiss Family Day

In conjunction with the Children’s Day, the school held a Family Day with Family Bonding Activities for the kids as well as the parents. I am excited and couldn’t wait for the boys to wake up, but my little ‘moody boy’ sure doesn’t share the same enthusiastic as me. Nevertheless we managed to reach there bright and early at 10plus. :D

Honestly, the main joy I found today is seeing the kids enjoying so much playing with the sparklers. I got to thank my friend Haiyun for sponsoring the Sparklers.

Celebrating Father’s 57th Birthday

Continuing our 2nd birthday meal here. Frankly, I was still full from the previous one. :P

Times flies, its already the 57th birthday we are celebrating with my father. I guess the best birthday present for my father is none other than getting togather to have a meal togather. We had a simple meal at Guilin Restaurant located near Bt Gombak MRT Station  situated in Home-Team NS Bukit Batok Clubhouse.

What interest the kids is definitely not these yummy dishes below but singing the birthday song and enjoying the cake. The dishes is not bad, but it might be due to the fullness inside me that I did not really eat much for this meal.
