Edelweiss Family Day

In conjunction with the Children’s Day, the school held a Family Day with Family Bonding Activities for the kids as well as the parents. I am excited and couldn’t wait for the boys to wake up, but my little ‘moody boy’ sure doesn’t share the same enthusiastic as me. Nevertheless we managed to reach there bright and early at 10plus. :D

Perhaps it was still early, the school was still pretty empty and we spotted Lucas Mummy!!!!

The bright colourful balloons for the children… of course it doesn’t take long for my boys to dump it to D and D deciding to return them to the teachers.

There were many game stalls to choose from and the boys decided to start the day with some ‘fishing’.

The game is to fish the picture card and match it to the word… and tada… you got yourself a prize. Easy Peasy!!!!

Even my cranky boy decided to give it a try.

He was pretty reserved and moody today, even though he won himself a prize, he doesn’t really want to collect it. So the teacher hold his hand and bring him to collect it instead.

Its soccer time! Despite that Jayden did not win any prizes for this game, he sure had a fun time playing it again and again… (using up 3 coupons just for this game) :D

Aim and Toss.

We met Mrs Fong and Ms Evonne here. This is a super easy game where Javier got his 2nd prize of the day.

This is Mrs Fong (Javier’s English Teacher) and Ms Evonne (Assist Teacher) who is really friendly and nice. It is so sweet of Ms Evonne to still remember Jayden and chatted with him.

He got lucky! He managed to hit all the 3 balls into the hole and won himself a magic cube. :D

Admiring his prize and feeling super satisfied with it. He love this magic cube so much that he has been playing with it since the day he got hold of it.

Next is bowling…

Jayden is sure one big winner today with the vast many of prizes he won.

This is the only game which got Javier’s interest. But luck seems not to be on his side and he did not managed to guess it correctly.

The other thing that managed to perk him up abit is the choco ball which he has been eyeing on.

Crowd started to gather at 11pm and we decided to go indoor for some cool air.

And Javier decided to do some craft.  He refused any help or suggestions from us and wanted to do it all by himself.

This is the 100% Javier’s effort.

Lastly, we went for some mandarin Story Telling which he was listening intently, but not willing to participate in it.

We left after the story telling for Jayden class. It was great day with the many fun activities and yummy snacks.
