Ingredient |
I piece of cod fish fillet (wash with salt and water) |
6 slices of ginger |
3 slices of ginger, peeled and cut into thin strips |
Ingredient for the Sauce (mixed togather) |
2 tsp of soy sauce |
1/2 tsp of sesame oil |
Fried garlic |
Method: |
1. Pat dry the fish fillet. Arrange 6 pieces of ginger slices on top on it. Steam over high heat for 12 minutes. |
2. Heat some oil in wok and fry the ginger strips till crisy and light brown. Set aside. |
3. When the fish is done, pour away the excess water. Pour the sauce over the fish and garnish with some fried ginger. |
4. Enjoy! |
