友发餐室－三巴旺白米粉 is located at a corner of the road junction with 3 huge yellow square signboard written with the word "白米粉" which you can see it from far away (it is across the street from sembawang shopping centre). I am not sure we are unlucky or not fated to have our meal here. We only finally managed to have our meal here on our 3rd visit. This 1st time we went, the place was closed, the 2nd time we went, it was so crowded with super duper long queue and worst of all, there was not place to park our car. This place is always packed with waiting customers who comes to patronise their signature dish which is the "Teochew Style White Bee Boon".
While waiting for our dishes, Javier was super cranky as he did not take his afternoon nap. And my last sense of sanity flew out of my head when he kicked a chair so hard and it flew and hit a table real hard… ‘banggggg…..’, so ended up, he got a real harsh scolding and smacking by me when we got into the car.
We ordered 3 dishes, where 2 of them are their signature dish.
Their signature dish - 白米粉. From the first glance, it looks very plain and simple, but the taste is really really very good, even my fussy Jayden says so. Indeed it is worth my effort to come here to eat. 
The 2nd signature dish - 虾枣. Well I find this dish only so-so, but D says it is very nice and most of it are finished by him.
Our 3rd dish – Stir fried Kang Kong with Belacan chilli. It is very spicy but I love it!!!!
If you don’t mind the waititng time (approximately 45 mins to 1hr) and the great difficulty in finding a parking place, you can give this place a try. (The White Bee Hoon is really very very nice! :P)
