Leggo’s Alfredo Spaghetti

I was craving for some spaghetti and also feeling a bit lazy to cook. And so I decided to cook this simple dinner for me and D.

Ingredients (for 2):

Spaghetti, portion for 2 (cooked as the instruction on the packaging)
Leggo’s Alfredo pasta sauce (amount is based on your own preference)
4 button mushroom, Sliced
4 cloves of garlic, peeled and chopped
50ml water
2 tbsp of oil

Method:

1. Heat up oil in a wok. Saute garlic till fragrant. Add the button mushrooms and saute till soften.
2. Pour in the Alfredo pasta sauce and water. Leave it simmering for a while. Toss in spaghetti to mix well. Dish out and Enjoy!

  1. This is the cream sauce? Looks nice! But too bad, CL don't like to eat spaghetti whereas Glenda like the tomatoe sauce type.

  2. Hey, since Glenda likes tomato sauce type, just replace it with LEGGO'S Pasta Sauce- Napoletana. Yum yum... It is simple and really yummy!
