To the zoo!

D was will be clearing leave from today till the end of this week… :D So we ask the boys where they want to go… and without much hesitation they shouted ‘Zoo’. So off we go!!!!! As usual, the parking problem was so bad, we gotta parked our car along the roadside outside the zoo and it took almost 10 mins to walk to the zoo.  

So D drop us off at the entrance before proceeding to park his car outside. While waiting, my boys love to stand near the water to look at the ‘elephants’.

As usual, he was so reluctant to pose for any pictures that he gave me such a ‘smile’ when I kept asking him to smile for the photo taking. :P  Jayden took this picture for us. Riding on the Rhino and playing around. Jayden was so eager to hop onto this truck to pretend driver. We were quite lucky to see many kangaroos today, but most of them were taking their afternoon rest, lazing around…. And throughout the zoo trip, I was constantly bug by the boys’ questions!!!! The most asked question is “ Mummy, why is the Hippo sleeping?”, “Mummy, I want the hippo to wake up!” (Aiyo, they kept asking me why is all the animals sleeping??????) :(

Next, we went to the elephant exhibit, at the same time we take a rest here. While we are setting off to our next destination, we caught a glimpse of a monkey rummaging the rubbish bin looking for food.  This managed to get the attention of many on lookers.. and of course we were one of them! :P Sometimes it can be rather frustrating to see my boys fighting and quarrelling all day long. Things was much peaceful months ago, where Javier was still in a ‘blur blur’ stage where he will let Jayden ‘win’ every time they fight. But things are not the same now, he will try all means to outdo Jayden whether in toy snatching or choosing which books to read.

Even while waiting for the tram, they can kick, fight and bicker!!! :( But once a while when both of them are in a buddy mood, they will hug and play well togather. Hiaz… kids…..

We end our zoo trip after our very late lunch at the KFC.And this time, we did not let D walk to the car alone, so we walked togather!!!! :) It is a good form of exercise. ;P
