Lemon Cheesecake

Actually I did this cheesecake is because a friend of mine wanted to learn it from me ( well, don’t be mistaken… I am not very good in baking.. but since I have done this cheesecake once, and it is really easy to make) So I agree to “demonstrate” to her. And I got the recipe from here. Surprisingly, both of my boys love the cheesecake I made today. I remembered the last time I made it, they did not even want to try.
