Actually I did this cheesecake is because a friend of mine wanted to learn it from me ( well, don’t be mistaken… I am not very good in baking.. but since I have done this cheesecake once, and it is really easy to make) So I agree to “demonstrate” to her. And I got the recipe from here. 
Surprisingly, both of my boys love the cheesecake I made today. I remembered the last time I made it, they did not even want to try.
This blog is a specially dedicated to my 2 little boys. I hope that thru penning down my thoughts and the things we do. When times goes by... I can still look back and remember all the things we have done!
