Straw patterning

We did some patterning using the colourful straw. As mentioned in my earlier post, Javier is still not very good in recognizing pattern. Thus I would try to do fun activities with him to practice his patterning. We started with simple pattern like ABAB… then proceed to ABCABC…

After doing some patterning activity, Javier proceed to count the straw and we did some ‘odd and even’ activity too. Lastly, he decided to put the huge chunk of straws into his mouth to blow. :(
