Homecooked Dinner 4 July 2013

Our  homecooked dinner for today. It was easy and fast to prepared these dishes. ^^ (oops except for the stewed pork ribs which took a bit longer)

My steps for this dish:
1) Fried the long beans in a few tablespoons of oil in a hot wok for about a minute. Set aside.
2) Next add 2 tablespoon of oil.
3) When the oil is hot enough, add in some  chopped garlic and stir fried, follow by adding the fishcake.
4) Next add the long beans and fry for about 1-2 minutes
5) Add some salt to taste.
6) Dish out and enjoy.

Fried these using air fryer. It’s so easy and more healthy with lesser oil. The Ngoh Hiang was made by D’s colleague, its super yummy! For the fishcake, I used a heart shaped cookie cutter to cut it. ^^

Actually I cooked this early in the morning for the boys’ lunch before they head off to school. The advantage in cooking this dish is that I could cook a big pot and have it for lunch and dinner. (^_-).  This is an easy dish to whip up just that the cooking time required a tad much longer about 1.5 to 2hrs. In order to cook until the pork ribs is tender, it required longer cooking time.

Hope you have had a wonderful dinner too! ^^
