Strawberry Jelly

Thinking of making a simple dessert that my boys like. I decided to make this simple strawberry Jelly. It tasted exactly like the one sold in the foodcourt's Fruit stall.... Jayden likes it alot!!!!

It is really simple to make it with the pre-mixed packet jelly powder sold in the supermarket. There are a a few flavours to choose from.

Steps:
1) Dissolve jelly in a cup of 250ml hot water
2) Stir it to make the powder dissolve
3) Add in 250ml of cold water.
4) Pour into mould and keep in the fridge
4) Tada.... 5 hours later... we got the yummy strawberry jelly!!!!

** But I doesn't recommend to make it too often for the kids to eat as it tastes quite sweet.
