Our Homecooked Dinner 07.06.10

Today dinner is prepared by my mummy and me. We have a nice and simple dinner of stir-fried long bean, Steamed Garoupa, silky steamed egg, roast chicken wings and ABC Soup. But the dinner seemed not to the liking of Jayden. He has comment for almost every dishes except for the egg and soup. Jayden is a really fussy eater, who has a complete dislike for vegetables. But luckily he likes to eat fish since young, any type of fish is ok with him. But today he comments that the fish got a funny smell and alot of bones which is his excuse not to eat it.
For Javier, he was happily eating his dinner without any complaint, except that I need to coax him to eat some vegetables.

Just to sidetrack abit....With regard to eating habit, Jayden doesn't like to try out new food, he prefer to stick to the few dishes or snacks that he likes. Whereas for Javier, he is very daring to try out any new food or snacks. Whenever he sees us eating something, he would be the first one to run to us and wants us to let him try abit. Javier is a little glutton when it comes to food. And getting Jayden to try out new food is really really very difficult, he will just lick abit and says 'not nice' and refused to eat it.

I have been cracking my brain to finds way to make my boys eat vegetables and fruits. But so far was not very successful... anybody have any methods or ideas???????? :)
