老伴豆花

Not sure whether you have heard of this… but it seems to be the craze at the moment. Long Long queue of people queuing to buy this. D first tasted it when his colleague bought for him one fine morning , and the next instant, he was thinking… “wow… this taste superb, must buy some for wifey and kiddy to try too!’

Thus he dashed to the newly opened shop at One Raffles Places after work that day, never to expect such super long queue… and thus decided to give it a miss and get it the next day instead. But alas, the queue was even longer than yesterday, but in order not to disappoint us and true to his word, he braved the super packed train and the ultra heavy rain and lao bao back for us today. Open-mouthed smile

Hearing so much rave remarks about it, I couldn’t wait to dig in, and true enough it tasted so yummy!!!! It is so smooth and soft, it seems to melt in my mouth. Normally, I am not a fan of Soya Beancurd, but for this, I gobbled up one box effortlessly.

Well, you see… D bought back 5 claiming queue for so long must buy more... If not lugi leh..

Verdict, worth the wait. It is really very yummy!!! Rolling on the floor laughing

  1. Yup, its very delicious. We usually buy it from Old Airport Road and you have to be early, else, be prepared for the long queue.
