We did a body tracing today, and the boys were giggling non stop when I traced. And they just couldn’t wait for their chance to try doing one for each other.
Javier trying to do one for Jayden which wasn’t quite successful. :P
Next, we read a book “Outside-In” which explains the human body's skin, the function of breathing and the lungs, the structures of bones and teeth, eating and digestion, blood and circulation, and the body's muscles. They can lift flaps on many illustrations to see the body's organs, bones, and muscles. They were quite fascinated by the pictures they saw, and kept saying the muscles looking yucky and scary. :)
It’s an interesting book and written in a child-friendly language which makes it easy for young kids to understand. We had a fun time reading through it.
