Fried Carrot Cake

It was a a very simple yet delicious meal of homemade Fried Carrot Cake. And the credit goes to Stella mummy who make this delicious steamed carrot cake, and my job was only to stir fried it to become the ‘black fried carrot cake’.

I chopped up the carrot cake into small cube and set aside

Ingredients:
1) Garlic
2) Finely chopped turnip
3) 1 egg 
4) Oil
5) Sweet Sauce
6) Light Soya Sauce

Method:
1) Heat up some oil
2) Sauté the garlic until fragrant
3) Add in the carrot cake and stir fry
4) Next add in the chopped turnip and mixed well
5) Add in the egg follow by the sweet sauce and light soya to taste.
