My love!

Was in a exceptionally good mood as my mummy came over to my place today. My girl love her and I do feel so much more relax and able to take a breather when my mummy is here.

This little girl is sure a little grumpy pants at times. She do make us happy and also mad. ^^

This little vain pot bring herself super upright when she saw me snapping pictures of her.
My happy mummy with Joelle.
A not so successful shot with the three of them looking in all different direction. ^^ As you know its real challenging to get a young baby to look in the camera. She loves to do the opposite of what I told her. Hiaz….
One thing she love a lot is paper. All sort of paper… So Javier love to stuff paper for her to chew secretly. When I knew about it and tried to snatch the paper from her, she will burst into tears and show me her unhappiness.
Love these pictures of the 3 kiddos.
Things are definitely getting between Javier and Joelle. Javier is slowly better in accepting his small sister and doesn’t “bully” her as often now.

Her snake soft toy which she love to hug and chew when she is free which is rather often since she is free most of the time ^^.

I have started her on Solid since last week. She seems to take it well and would readily open her mouth when I feed her. So far I have let her tried rice cereal, apple and avocado. Seems that her least favorite amount the lot is apple (hmmm… I thought all babies love apples? at least my 2 boys love apples when they were babies and still love apples now).

My messy chub after her cereal.

It was really an awesome day which I got to eat the delicious meal cooked by my mum instead of eating the plain, same dishes cooked by myself. I feel great chit chatting with her too.

My little chubby puff is already 3 months old!

Time flies, Joelle is already 3 months old. Days is filled with busy-ness looking after my 3 kids. Sometimes household chores do need to take a back seat when little girl is extreme fussy and required me carry a lot or if the kids need me to assist them in their homework. I guess a untidy house is better than a house with 3 screaming kids. Haha…

Sometime, I really cannot believe how I managed by through these years, I am not a super mummy with extra good temper, in fact my temper is real bad. I can be really fierce when the boys trigger my limit.  I guess they do fear me when I turn into a ‘roaring tiger’. ^^ Friends tend to be deceived by my ‘gentle look’ which is so so deceiving. Many of my mummies friends comment that I am really good having to look after 3 kids by myself without any helper, and still need to cook and do housework chores. But sometimes, I do have my frustration when 2 kids wants my attention at the same time… how I wished I can split into 2.

At times when I am really tired, I would just skip the housework altogether, I have a understanding hubby who did not mind and doesn’t require me to keep the house spanking clean all the time, he is ok when he see the clothes flying around or the floor being a bit “not so clean”. Sometimes if I am not able to cook dinner, he is ok to ‘da pao’ dinner or dine out. Of course, it is clearly he is tired after coming back from work, but he did not compliant one bit. When I am feeling down and emotional, he will let me be and try to drag the kids away from me to let me cool down. When I need to tend to Joelle, he will help me to coach the 2 boys or play with them, and I can see that Javier has become so much closer to him recently. I guess having the support of such a good hubby, it truly makes all these easier.

Frankly, I do feel that when one is put into any situation, either way you would be able to cope with it when you believe you can do it. And I am glad that Joelle is a fairly easy to look after girl…only that she wants me to carry her alot, even when she naps. She is a happy girl who like to talk and smile a lot. Anyone who talk to her, she is so willingly to give them her sweetest smile and coo-ing back. ^^  It just filled my days with so much joy playing with her every day.

I wasn’t able to update so frequently now, all these updating was done in the wee hours when I could not get back to sleep after tending to little girl. Thus I would like to photo flood with my little girl pictures in this post. ^^

Our new routine

Since last week, Javier has completely skip his afternoon nap. He wanted to do ‘work’ just like his gorgor. So I decided to revise our routine since both of them are not napping now. After they had their snack, we will sit down togather to do some works. I find that using this “sitting togather” method ,  it is easier for me to coach both of them at the same time.

After that, I would read with Javier, going through Peter & Jane, 四五快读,playing with logico set or just reading books while Jayden is still doing his book or homework.

So when I am cooking dinner, I will let them watch some show, in order to stop them from monkey-ing in the house while I am busy in the kitchen. So far, this arrangement is quite good for us.

During their free time…

This is normally what happens. One is busy with the phone game while the other would prefer playing with toys or puzzle. :D

Every Tuesday…

Tuesday is also call our “Bonding Day”. That is me togather with Jayden would send Javier to his enrichment class. We would take a leisure stroll to the bus stop, along the way my boys would stop and admire the greenery or flowers, or simply chasing each other and race each other to the bus stop. :D
