Bollywood Veggies
Continuing our prawn fishing, we drive over to Bollywood Veggies which is just a few minutes drive away from D’Kranji Farm Resort. Bollywood Veggies grows a vast variety of fruits, vegetables, flowers and spices. Its’ really an “eye opening” experience for me, a great place for education, and relaxation.
Make a contribution of $2 per person to tour the farm on your own or just simply relax and have a bite at the Poison Ivy Bistro. Judging from the good comments given by people about this Bistro, I guess the food should be quite good, though we did not dine there. Btw, be sure to try their ever-popular House Banana Bread which is highly recommended by many.
Prawn Fishing @ D’Kranji Farm Resort
Before heading there, I was really having high expectation of this farm resort after seeing the comments while surfing the internet for more information on this farm. But I was thoroughly disappointed with what greeted me there which I will talk more about later. But at least my boys have a fun time prawn fishing there.
After walking about the premises, it looks like there was really nothing interesting here except for the prawn fishing activity. Thus I decided to let the boys have an hr of prawn fishing, and of course, they were very very delighted with my wise decision.
