I’m being saying HCP over and over again. But frankly I am really in love with it. I whipped up today dishes effortlessly using it.
This broccoli with prawn dish turn out to be so yummy.
And of course, beside our HCP dishes, we have our ABC soup too.
Can explain abit more? Why is it mess free and so easy to use? WOAH i am so intrigue! I still think might be 噱头, haha never know it is so good to use!

ReplyDeleteTill I heard a few of my friends, mum and SIL told me that it is really good to use, then I decided to give it a try.
Ok to give you a rough idea: This is how I cook the broccoli/prawn dish: Heat oil, add in minced garlic, saute till fragrant, dump the prawn in, close the cover for about 2 mins (By now the prawn should be cooked). Open the cover, dump in the boiled broccoli into the pan and add in salt for taste, stir it. Close cover. Meanwhile I just flip the pan over and back or just shake a bit. Tada... dish ready.
As compared to my normal cooking using wok, when I used HCP, the stove area is not dirty and the kitchen is really less oily, even when I fried rice.
The pan is super easy to wash! Not need to scrub at all! :D You won't regret getting it!!!!
