Jacob Ballas Children Garden

Our initial plan for today is actually the zoo, but the parking problem pose to be a very big problem for us, thus we decide to forgo this plan and change to our next destination which is the “Jacob Ballas Childrens Garden” at Botanics Garden.

When we reached there, it was almost time for our lunch, so we bought some light snacks at the kids Cafe for the boys to fill their tummy abit before we start our exploring. Initially, Javier was throwing his tantrum when I took the milo aside and told him to drink it only after he eat some food. His temper and screaming were so bad, that all the people sitting there were staring at us! :( I only managed to console him after carrying him and letting him sit on my lap… :(

We start off with the “The magic of Photosynthesis”….. There is a total of 4 station for the kids to turn the handle to witness the different output. My boys were so fascinated by it, that they will were trying their mighty best to turn as fast as possible. :)

Next is the hanging bridge which my boys loves and hate at the same time. They loves to walk on it and at the same time, however they are scared of the shaky bridge whenever they took a step. To the Tree House!!!!!The most fun thing in the tree house is definitely the 2 slides. All the children are seen so happily dashing up the stairs and zooming down the slides which of course includes my 2 boys! They also spend some time writing on the sand after having enough of the slides. I think both of them slides down for almost 6 times each. A teary Javier looking for me… sands got into his eyes.. and he was telling me “eye pain pain”… Recently, we have a free photographer taking free pictures for us who is none other than Jayden. He is always volunteering to take pictures for us…. But me being the “KaiSi Mummy” is rather afraid he would drop the camera… :( so I only let him handle the camera once a while. We cross a log to get to the other side. Jayden was whining and complaining when he was walking on the log whereas for Javier he was so brave that he just walk steadily across with Daddy holding his hand. These tree looks so mysterious and yet so special. The effect of the picture is NICE!!!! The boys taking a rest after walking for a short distance. Looks like the 2 young man needs more training to build up their stamina. Me and Javier took a picture in front of the waterfall… (Picture taken by Jayden) I like this flower, mainly because of it bright attractive color which caught my attention.

The most look forward activity for today is none other than the water play. Javier couldn’t wait to get into action while the cranky Jayden did not want want to join Javier. My little Monkey enjoying himself so much!!!!

Finally after sometime, Jayden also join Javier in the water play….. I can see that both of them enjoyed themselves alot here, despite that there is a few tantrum by the boys. Javier pose a picture in front of the signboard before we went for our lunch. Continue from here.
