Fried Dao Xiao Mian

I was introduced to this noodle by Xiu Yan. On 1st glance, the below picture of the cooked noodle may looks like fried guo tiao, but the taste is definitely better than it. The noodle is quite Q when you bite into it and the texture is smooth.

These are the ingredients I used:


Method:
1. Boiled a pot of water and cooked the noodle. (Take note not to cook the noodle till too soft)
2. Heat oil, add in minced garlic, and sauté till fragrant, add in the marinated pork and prawn.
3. Give it a quick stir till it slightly changed colour and add in the choy sum and stir fry for another 5 seconds.
4. Next add in the fish cake, fish balls and mushrooms and give it another quick stir before add in the water (I add half small bowl of water, so that the noodle wouldn’t be so dry)
5. Add in the cooked noodle and stir fry.
6. Lastly add in the light soya sauce and black soya sauce to taste and stir fry for another 5 seconds.
7. Enjoy.
