Wooden Abacus

I bought this wooden abacus from Ikea for Javier since he like to play with it so much when he is there. But when we bought it home, he seems to have lose interest in it all of a sudden. :(
So today i bring it to him and thinking of teaching him counting of numbers. But he has no interest and patience at all. He prefer to throw it about or moving the beads.
