Progress of Reading Peter and Jane Series

Jayden is reading well for his peter and Jane series. He is currently reading book 9a. For now, words is getting more complex and lengthy. Whenever, he learns a new words, beside teaching him how to read the word, I would also explain the meaning of the word to him. I want him to understand what he is reading instead of reading blindly without any understanding of the story.
