Our dinner @ Happy Kampong Seafood

sign01

It was a last minute decision to have a dinner with my hubby family. As usual, we are late for our dinner appointment.

We frequent this place quite often and it really serve good food.  Happy Kampong Seafood is located in a coffee shop somewhere near the road junction of 81 Jalan Malu-Malu where they are a lot of terrace/semi-detached house.

During Weekends, the place is always packed with food diners. I liked it here as the food is nice, the service is good and most of all, there is tanks and tanks of fishes, crab, lobsters… to keep my boys occupied.

And here goes our food… with the feasting of so much food.. how to lose weight??? Fried Kangkong is nice! It is very spicy which suits my taste bud perfectly. This is their Nonya -style Fish Curry. The fish (Shark meat is used) is very fresh and sweet in taste which goes well with their special nonya sauce. The fish is pre-steam till done before they braise it with some lady finger, tomato, pineapple cubes and special sauce. Spicy Mussels – Not bad This fried duck is quite a popular dish – but I personally find it to be a bit too dry and hard. The cereal prawn is nice, Javier likes the cereal alot Spare Ribs with Sauce – The meat is juicy and tender. Thumbs up!This is a very special dish where the Brinjal is sliced thinly and fried, then stired fried with the French bean.

It was truly a waist busting meal which I enjoyed alot!!! :P Although it is sinful to each so much food lo..
