Me and Hubby Goes JB

We enjoyed some me-time today as my PIL babysit my 2 boys for me. We face some difficulty when we are about to leave, the boys want to follow us. But Javier was easy to talk to, he says “ok” when I explained to him, but Jayden refuse to listen and insists on following us. So we did a very sneaky thing… we sneak out of the house secretly without Jayden knowledge. :( (After we came back, my mil told me, Jayden practically scream the whole house down when he realise that we have left!!!! crying and shouting and took a long time to calm him.) I feel so bad towards them….

We went JB for some shopping since it has been a long time since we shop in JB. When we reached JB Jusco, it was already 4pm, so after shopping for a while, we have our early dinner at Nando’s specialising in Peri Peri Chicken. If you like your food salty, sour and spicy, then you would absolutely love Peri Peri chicken.

Each table comes with four different types of sauce — ketchup, extra hot, hot and garlic peri peri sauces. After sampling the extra hot, I find that they aren’t THAT spicy! :PHere’s the aforementioned Peri-o-meter that allows you to “choose your heat before you eat”. Being the ‘first timer’, we choose Lemon & Herb, I regret not being more adventurous and choose Hot Peri Peri. :PThe service staff saw me fidgeting with my camera, and was very kind of him to take a picture for us! :)  D cappuccino was served first follow by our yummy meal.Peri Kick Starter 1/4 Chicken with Peri chips and Potato Salad. The fries are sprinkled with Peri powder.

After filling our stomach with the food, we did some shopping again. I managed to get a 3/4 pants for myself, 2 Bermudas for Jayden and a cookbook from Harris Bookstore. I also bought some organic vegetables from the Jusco supermarket. It was well-spent day at JB. It was already 9pm when we reached my PIL place.

  2. But I feel quite bad, going out enjoying myself and did not bring them along. :( But on the other hand, if I bring them, I won't be able to do any shopping!
